Refund policy

We offer returns for up to 14 days after you receive an order. Log in to your account to initiate a return or contact us at service@greatlakesdenim.com to request a return. We will provide you with a return label for which the cost will be deducted from your refund balance. 

NOTE: we do not accept returns on FINAL SALE items.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You can always contact us for any return question at service@greatlakesdenim.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as final sale items and custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you if the refund is not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the fee for the return label). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
